In México, the figure of the Customs Broke and Forwarding Agent are separated and different things.

According to the operation’s incoterm, the customs clearance (import or export) must be done by the exporter or the importer, in both cases, Mardin can supply with the technical information and consultory needed for documents, taxes, duties, assessorial charges, customs classification and customs brokerage fees.
Together with our customs brokers, with own license, we make sure that all the documents of your shipments will be the correct one for an efficient customs dispatch, avoiding additional costs like demurrages, extra warehousing and fines. We help you to take advantage of all the international free trade agreements signed with our country.
The basic documents to realice an import or export depends on the product and customs regime (definitive, temporary), however in any case you will need the following:
Comercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading or Airwaybill
